§ 10-1. Statutory requirements.

•   35 Pa.C.S.A. § 7501 et seq. requires that each political subdivision establish a local organization for civil defense in accordance with the State Civil Defense Plan and Program.

§ 10-2. Establishment.

•   Lower Paxton Township, in response to such Act, hereby establishes the Lower Paxton Township Office of Emergency Preparedness and Communications.
