ARTICLE I, Adoption of Code

An ordinance adopting the Code of the Township of Lower Paxton and making certain substantive changes to existing ordinances and resolutions of the township is presently proposed before the Board of Supervisors. Upon final adoption, it will be included here as Article I of this chapter.
